Although, this is a new company, its experience and know-how is one of the top among real estate professionals in the U.S. market. The company utilizes and builds on the experience of International Investment, Estates, LLC and Wizeinvest, LLC, which operates in the U.S. real estate market since 2003 and are members of the National Association of Real Estate Investors.

At the same time, Private Investment Properties, LLC, utilizes the experience and knowledge of investment advisers in the Czech Republic, the holders of certificates issued by the Czech National Bank for this activity.
