  1. one year investment horizon with a possible one-year options

    Guaranteed profit of 20% pa + bonus (resulting percentage deposit bonus provided the investor with a 10% turnover for the period after deducting the total bank deposits)

  2. two year investment horizon with a possible one-year options

    Guaranteed profit of 25% pa + bonus (resulting percentage deposit bonus provided the investor with a 15% turnover for the period after deducting the total bank deposits)

Conditions of entry investor:

Investor must be 18 years or older and be able to have a full rights and responsibilities.

The amount of initial investment:

Lower limit for entry to the investor in the project was set at $5 000. There’s no upper limit.

The client enters the program under contract, incl. notary signature. Members then obtain Members certificate, which is the equivalent of shares, with full rights and ownership shares in mutual-fund becomes a shareholder in the amount of your deposit. For participation in investment projects there are no fees or hidden fees whatsoever.

Transaction procedures:

The company buys REO’s or properties from tax sales throughout USA or properties from private persons in financial difficulty, which is shedding real estate property. Subsequently, the properties are sold to future owners/renters. These future owners/renters don’t have enough cash to be able to buy it or they cannot get a mortgage from bank. But our company sells these properties via rent to own purchase which allows future owners/renters to buy it immediately. Rent to own contract is written agreement where future owners/renters pay fixed monthly payments to the company (owner). After reaching necessary requirements provided by bank, future owners/renters will obtain a loan and will pay off a remaining debt to the company/owner. Throughout the transaction the company owns the properties and ownership is transferred to future owners/renters after full payment of the purchase price is received.

One year investment time schedule

Day 1 Signing agreement
Day 2 to 7 the investor sends the funds to the investor’s trust account
Day 8 to 14 the investor receives the Members certificate
Day 15th-45 the purchase of real estate, yet there is a entered a property lien in favor of the investor's investment
Day 46th-365 appreciation of investments
Day 366th to 390 company will purchase certificate from investor and terminate investment agreement

Company will ask investor 30 days before the expiry of the investment horizon whether he used the annual interest option, and thus increase their participation in the project.
