Security of invested funds is a priority for the entire project. The procedure of the transaction is such as to provide investors with maximum guarantees. This procedure was based on the know-how of the real estate market in the US.
Investor entering into the project “Real estate auctions in the US” and receives the following guarantees:
- The first step is a recording contract with a notary certified signatures,
- Investor will send funds to the Trust Account
- The crediting of funds on behalf of an investor acquires Members Certificate (securities)
- After buying proper real estate property, investor receive "LIEN Holder", which is a lien against the property in favor of the investor
Investor also receives on his investment two important documents
- Membership Certificate - allowing the investor to share ownership of the company, as would be the shareholder of all mutual shareholder rights
- Lien against a property in the amount of investor’s investment
Lien ensures 100% safety to the investor's investment. If anything happen to the company or its owners, resold the assets of the company will occur. At that time the investor holds in his hands a document entitling him to receive payment of the amount he invested.
Securing investment by lien against investment property is one of the safest ways regardless of location or time.
Risk management from the perspective of company
Against any real estate market fluctuations, the company protects as follows:
- The properties are purchased for more than 50% of the current market price
- The properties are immediately sold to the future owners/renter, so it eliminated any risk of fluctuations in the real estate market
- Properties brings a positive monthly cash flow
